I've only been using the computer for two days; so far, so good....but I have not fully tested all the components and features. The computer arrived as promised, it appeared to be a new computer--no scratches, no smudges, no signs of wear at all. First, I charged the battery for eight hours, as per instructions. Then, set up was easy and did not take long at all. After charging the battery fully, the run time on the battery is not what I had hoped for--it appears to be only about 2 1/2 hours--I hoped for 4 -- 6 hours run time. Nevertheless, for the selling price, I understand that the refurbisher, SkyTech, cannot afford to put a new long life OEM battery in the computer.I haven't had the need to contact the seller for any reason, so I cannot speak to their response time, or the quality of the service they offer.Nevertheless, with the information and excellent experience I have at present, I must enthusiastically give this seller and the computer 5 Stars.Thank you, SkyTech!!
